Achilles Oil and Gas participants are made up of over 12,800 registered suppliers and over 100 purchasing organisations. Achilles owns and operates the globally recognised supplier management systems of FPAL, JQS and Siclar with offices in Argentina, Colombia, Denmark, Kazakhstan, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, UK and Venezuela with the most recent addition being in Poland for onshore CSG buyers and suppliers. New systems have also been road-mapped for Bahrain and the UAE and North America. With the release of FPS, Achilles ANZ now also has people located in Perth which will complement existing operations in Brisbane, Hong Kong and Mumbai.
Through the introduction of Achilles’ new IT platform, FPS will provide buying organisations with the ability to search and filter comprehensive validated, verified and assessed supplier information dependant on their exact needs. The new system will also provide an opportunity for local suppliers to extend their goods and services to over 100 of the worlds’ largest oil and gas companies.
The finished product will be “First Point Supplybase” (FPS).

Note that some of the explanatory documents and videos are for both Achilles staff and for customers, and therefore a few comments may not appear to be directly relevant to you. The videos were made for the utilities industry, but the structure and processes will be the same for FPS.
