SMU signed a new contract with Achilles Chile. The focus is to establish control process to ensure the legal fulfillment of contractors and sub-contractors, and assure that the Work Law and the Outsourcing regulations are respected. Achilles will provide to SMU the contractors’ control through Controlar.
This service is key among companies as SMU, allowing them to reduce risk associated to joint liability to its contractors and subcontractors. For this project, an estimated of 7.000 resources will be controlled.
SMU, a company that consolidates retail operations on supermarkets from the Saieh Group, has operations in supermarkets in Chile through trademarks as Unimarc, Mayorista 10, OK Market and Telemercados, among others. This year, the company is also launching operations of supply in the construction’s market through Construmart.
