One of the most fundamental advantages of the Achilles systems is that communities of buyers collaborate on developing industry standards for information requirements.
Taking best practice from the global communities, Achilles has developed global standard Product and Service codes, plus a base level global standard Questionnaire. The new systems will also provide best practice functionality, as evidenced by actual usage across all the existing global systems.
The global standard Questionnaire will be supplemented with additional local requirements, to meet the needs of each local buying community.
For the local buying community, the process fo adding additional information requirements is in progress, and we seek your feedback through Steering Group meetings and other individual meetings to make us aware of particular needs. Some individual company needs which are not common to the whole buying community will be met by using some particular tools, which are also explained in Achilles service overview.
