Building upon the audit protocols from FPAL in particular, Achilles has three sets of community protocols for FPS in Asia Pacific:
1. Verify audits – for OH&S
2. Factory Assessment – for equipment and materials manufacturing
3. Contractor Assessment – for audits of the actual processes implemented by contractors
The protocols have been developed from a number of Achilles systems globally, and a copy of the global audit pro-forma is provided below. Examples of a Verify Report and an Improvement Plan are also provided.
