Achilles has created Notice to ease the path through the contract process – and helps companies comply with EC procurement rules.
This internet-based service uses the most recent standard format. It allows subscribers to compile notices online and submit them to the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) from their desktop. They can also obtain access to details of published EC contracts, which Achilles downloads every night from the OJEU.
Notice has been developed with assistance from the OJEU.
This approach means suppliers can be sure that the correct rules have been followed when it comes to contract tenders – allowing any interested supplier to compete on the same terms.
