In the name of our Buyers participating in our registration systems, REGIC, REPRO and ENAP, we are calling all our suppliers and current contractors listed in supplier’s registers, to kindly initiate their annual financial updating process in the above mentioned registers (Financial Period 2011), in order top maintain your information updated therein. We would like to remind you of the importance of disclosing the requested information in order to maintain your status of current company in our Supplier’s Registry, for this information will support the decision making of the business officers, in each one of the purchase and contracting processes.
Steps:
1. Annual Income Tax form 2011. Single copy
2. Financial Updating Form, including
- Classified Balance
- Results Status
- General Balance 8 Columns
- Credit Line Declaration
Special cases: For companies Under IFRS accounting regulations (International Finance Regulations Standard)
- Classified Balance and Results Status, according to IFRS regulation
- General Balance/8 Columns
- Credit Lines Declaration
Note: All documents from the Financial Updating Form must be signed by the company’s Legal Representative and the Accountant (with registration number in the Accountant’s College). All documents can be sent in a digital format to actualizaciones@achilles.com or they can be handed out in any of our branches.
