No buyer can search for suppliers that are not successfully pre-qualified with Connvenio. In addition to that some of our customers require a valid pre-qualification in order to award a contract or to consider suppliers in terms of certain tenders or the assessment of the supplier’s performance (performance feedback).
Save time, money and effort with one single registration
Each supplying organisation provides its verified data and the certificates & policies online and at the same time these information is available for all registered buyers of the Connvenio community. You can either update your supplier profile at any time or wait until we remind you to update it before your organisation’s status “pre-qualified” expires. We also remind you of the expiry of your certificates and policies that belong to your supplier profile.

The registered members do not only use the supplier management system to find and select suppliers with the required standards and services. They also use Connvenio to contact suppliers directly as they are provided with a connection to their Email programme. If a valid pre-qualification is compulsory to contact suppliers or to award contracts, the buyer will only consider suppliers who are successfully pre-qualified with Connvenio.

Each buying community consists of several buying organisations. Each supplier with a valid pre-qualification is not only visible for one buying organisation but also for the others. This enables each supplier to increase its business opportunities.

Achilles does not value or score the information provided by Achilles. Registered users are provided with search and filter functionalities enabling them to find suppliers.
