Legal Information
General information such as year of registration, company registration number, etc., as well as information about owners/shareholders and financial auditor/head of accounting
Insurances [Verification]
Information if the company has certain insurances and what damages are covered by the insurances.
- Verification: if the company has a liability insurance and/or an insurance for environmental protection, a copy of the respective form is to be submitted.
Associated Companies
Information considering the associated companies. For example parent company, subsidiaries, etc.
Financial Information
Information such as financial key figures of the last 3 years, regional distribution of turnover, investments in Research & Development, etc.
Quality Management [Verification]
Information about the company’s Quality Management System, Certificates, Quality Manager, etc.
-Verification: if the company has a Quality Management System, a certificate is to be submitted.
Environmental Management [Verifcation]
Information about the Company’s Environmental Management System, Certificates, Environmental System Manager, etc.
-Verification: if the company has an Environmental Management System, a certificate is to be submitted.
