In the past our customers had to send many supplier questionnaires to their suppliers. Afterwards each questionnaire had to be verified in order to secure that the supplier complies with the company’s requirements – a process that cost time and money.
We do things more efficiently.
It is our service to verify (pre-qualify) every single supplier that wants to supply your company. Your supplier gets access to a comprehensive online supplier questionnaire. This online questionnaire consists of questions with which the supplier can proof that his company complies with the minimum requirements. The supplier completes the questionnaire directly over the internet and sends it back to us. In addition to that the supplier has to send additional documents and certificates by mail. After we have received everything from the supplier we verify the information provided in the online-questionnaire and the certificates with respect to the compliance of requirements, validation, contradiction and information content.
As soon as the supplier receives his log in data for his questionnaire we are in close contact with the supplier and we are keen to support and serve him or her.
If the supplier complies with the minimum requirements the supplier’s status is “pre-qualified" and we upload his/her detailed and comprehensive supplier profile to the online supplier database. With your personal log in data you access this database in order to view all suppliers and to select the appropriate suppliers by using several search and filter functions.
Minimum once a year we ask each supplier to update his supplier profile in order to secure that the supplier still meets the requirements.
