FPAL took their buyer to supplier networking event to the road, with Norwich as the location of the third Meet the Members initiative. Over 75 delegates attended the FPAL Meet the Members event at the Holiday Inn on Wednesday 8th June to identify opportunities to work together in the Norfolk area.
FPAL Meet the Members events are designed to inform participants about how both registered Purchasers and Suppliers utilise the industry standard supplier management and procurement system for oil and gas. Attendees had the opportunity to network with a number of key Purchasing organisations in the oil and gas sector.
Suppliers heard first-hand from Petrofac Facilities Management based in Great Yarmouth,who discussed the importance of FPAL as a critical supplier selection tool central to their tender process. AKD Engineering also shared in their experience of how they utilise FPAL to raise their company profile and increase contract opportunities in oil and gas.
