This involves:
- Processing applications
- Updating and maintaining records
- Assisting suppliers and buyers on use of the Supply-Line system
- Offering support and feedback with completion of questionnaire
- Monitoring, managing and updating all areas of the Supply-Line system
- Managing a service desk for all queries relating to Supply-Line
- Suggesting the most relevant product/service codes for your business.
