To qualify and make your company visible to the purchasers in the transport industry you have to register with TransQ. Purchaser use TransQ to make selections based on suppliers stated information and to invite suppliers in the system to tenders, without advertising. TransQ is also used to have verified and up-to-date information of the suppliers.

In short, the steps of getting qualified are:

  1. Fill in an application form and pay the annual fee based on the number of codes you wish to register within. View the current pricing.
  2. We’ll send you the login details for TransQ’s questionnaire and details on how to start.
  3. Fill in the questionnaire and upload the required documentation: Declaration 12e form and the copy of the company's latest Certificate of Incorporation.
  4. We evaluate the data based on the qualification requirements and ask further questions, if necessary.
  5. We qualify your company and provide a certificate as proof of the qualification.
  6. We make your company’s information visible and searchable to the purchaser.
  7. The qualification lasts 12 months and needs to be renewed before the period ends.
