Notice is a service that alerts suppliers to contract opportunities as published in the EU database EGT/TED. You will get information automatically by e-mail of all planned procurements and contract opportunities that consider the product/service codes your company has registered for in Achilles. This might give your company new business opportunities. Additionally, you can search for purchases which are announced in the database.
It is obligatory to publish all planned procurements within the public sector, and within the energy- and transport sector, unless the company has chosen to use prequalification system such as TransQ. Approximately 400,000 purchasing organisations are connected to the portal and every year there will be purchases announced in the database with a total value of £100 billion. Notice gives your company access to all the purchasing companies that are not participating in the TransQ collaboration.
Your company has to be qualified in one of Achilles Qualification Systems to be able to order Notice. You can order Notice at the same time as when you apply for TransQ.
