THEMiS is one of them. There are three subscription levels:

- The ability to speak to an advisor via telephone.
- CJEU, UK and Irish Court cases summarised by Professor Sue Arrowsmith, Professor of law at Nottingham University and a member of the European Commission’s official advisory committee for the opening up of public procurement. These court summaries cannot be found in any other on-line system.
- Papers on EU procurement legislation written by experts within the field of EU. These papers are topical helping you understand changes to procurement legislation.
