Glenn Fletcher – EC Trainer and Advisor and Head of EC Service at Achilles
Glenn Fletcher has worked in regulated procurement sector for over 20 years. He has a background in purchasing in the energy industries as well as in Government and works closely with the public sector and international authorities. Glenn is head of EC legislation at Achilles and runs over 50 courses each year . His training clients include oil and gas companies, Central and Local Government and major law firms.
Prior to working with Achilles he led a team within the UK Treasury's Procurement Policy division, concentrating on international procurement issues.
Steve Kay – EC Trainer and Advisor
Steve has worked in the public sector for some 20 years, (in the NHS, the Environment Agency and in local government) and additionally, several years experience in procurement in industry. A fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply and also a part qualified accountant, Steve advises THEMiS clients on EC Procurement legislation as well as holding training courses.
Steve’s training clients include the NHS, Local Government and utilities.
