Achilles carbonReduction programme will remove the complexity and stress of carbon management.

Reduce carbon. Reduce Risk. Reduce cost.

The carbonReduction programme and its associated CEMARS certification allows your organisation to measure, manage and report carbon emissions through a global programme that delivers the following benefits:

  • Step-by-step scheme guidance on how to calculate your organisational carbon footprint including template reports
  • Software to store all your carbon data and calculate your carbon footprint
  • Verification to give you, your Board of Directors and your customers confidence of accurate data and avoidance of penalties
  • Certification to CEMARS and confirmation of compliance with ISO 14064-1
  • CRC compliant footprint and reports.

CEMARS (Certified Emissions Measurement and Reduction Scheme)

CEMARS is the world-class standard adopted by Achilles for its carbonReduction programme.  It is the world’s first internationally accredited greenhouse gas certification scheme to ISO14065

CEMARS was developed by Landcare Research (a Crown Research Institute owned by the New Zealand Government) and based on 15 years scientific research by greenhouse gas experts.

CEMARS is recognised in major economies worldwide and can be applied as the common standard across your global operations ensuring consistency of measurement.

CEMARS is the only scheme able to provide certification to ISO14064-1 in the United Kingdom as well as providing organisations affected by the CRC with the Early Action Metric.
