how the service works how the service works

Stage One: On-line Self Assessment Questionnaire (PQQ)

The first step towards BuildingConfidence accreditation is to complete the online application form.

The total fee is dependent on the size of your company and value of contracts that you’re interested in winning. This is an annual fee. Please read the Terms and Conditions of service before making payment.

Once your application has been received you will be sent all the details you need to access and complete your PQQ online.

Upon successfully completing the process Achilles will send you confirmation that your PQQ has been made available to the BuildingConfidence members via the Achilles web-service. This is a secure service and only dedicated users from your organisation and the BuildingConfidence member group will be able to view the information you provide.

Stage Two: On-site Audit

The audit has been designed to verify the information you have supplied at Stage One. It will be conducted at your head office and will involve a detailed examination of your management systems.

As soon as we have received your application form we will send you details about the on-site audit, including the assessment criteria.

An auditor will be assigned to your company and will be in touch promptly to arrange an audit date. Audits should be completed within eight weeks of payment.

Once the audit report has been written up and checked it will be published to the Achilles web-service to be viewed by BuildingConfidence members and individuals within your own organisation. Once you have successfully completed the PQQ and audit you will become a BuildingConfidence accredited supplier.
