Category A includes:
- An annual paper-based assessment of your management system
- You will complete a short questionnaire focusing on areas that are
appropriate to your type of organisation
- Organisations in this category should not be undertaking significant
service or maintenance type of work on a client’s site, as this requires
a Category B1 or B2 assessment.
