By registering on Verify, suppliers and contractors will gain a clear understanding of the industry’s requirements. The assessments generate detailed reports of the company’s capabilities that can be used both as an aid to sourcing for the Utilities but also as valuable guidance on improvements for the company being assessed.
Are you a manufacturer supplying products into the Utilities sector?
If “yes” then you should apply for Verify Category D - the assessment will enable your organisation to demonstrate first hand its capabilities in meeting the requirements of the Utilities.
This means:
- Your primary operation is a factory or a manufacturing facility supplying products and components to the Utilities sector (this audit does not cover onsite installation activities)
- The audit is designed to review all functional activities within your factory including Quality, Health, Safety and CSR
- A full text based report will be completed by the auditor detailing corrective actions, observations and positive elements
- Organisations should not be undertaking significant site based installation or maintenance activities as this will require a Verify Category B1 or B2.
In addition to the above, the Verify Category D Fast-Track Option* includes:
- Completion of the full Verify process in the minimum time
- We aim to complete the entire verification process within ten working days from the date of the office visit.
NOTE: The Fast-Track option is often used to meet tight deadlines during tender processes.
